1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Impact Holdings, LLC, 487 Cokedale Rd., Livingston, MT 59047 (“Sponsor”), on behalf of its portfolio company The Honest Builder. Contact: info@honestbuildergroup.com

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Entry Periods

This sweepstakes runs in consecutive entry periods. Each period has a defined start and end date, and each period awards 1 Grand Prize.

Entry Period 1 begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Time on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on September 30, 2027.

Sponsor may open subsequent entry periods. If it does, the dates and prize for each new period will be posted in these Official Rules before that period begins.

Entries are specific to the entry period in which they are submitted and do not carry forward.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter

Complete the Boots and Suits survey at thehonestbuilder.io/suits-and-boots and submit your first name, last name, email address, ZIP code and company name. Completing and submitting the survey during an entry period constitutes 1 entry for that period.

Entry is free. No purchase, payment, or product is required at any point.

6. Entry Limit

Limit 1 entry per person and per email address per entry period. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Automated, scripted, or bulk entries are void.

7. Prize

Grand Prize (1 per entry period): A 2 day, 3 night backcountry experience for 1 person provided by Level 7 High Terrain.

Included: guided experience, lodging for 3 nights, and meals. Level 7 High Terrain can provide much of the necessary equipment.

Not included: travel to and from the site, personal gear, and any license or permit that may be required. These are the winner’s responsibility.

Approximate Retail Value: $4,000 USD

Dates are scheduled by mutual agreement with Level 7 High Terrain and are subject to availability, weather and safety conditions.

The prize is not transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is available, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

8. Drawing and Winner Selection

The Grand Prize winner for each entry period will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that period.

The drawing will take place on the earlier of:

• within 10 business days after 10,000 eligible entries have been received in that entry period, or
• within 10 business days after that entry period ends, regardless of how many entries have been received.

A winner will be selected and the prize awarded for every entry period, whether or not 10,000 entries are received.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor using a random selection method. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.

9. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

10. Winner Notification and Claim

The winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with their entry, within 5 business days of the drawing.

The winner must respond within 7 calendar days of the date the notification is sent. Before the prize is awarded, the winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release, and an Activity Waiver, within 10 calendar days of receiving them.

If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the stated period, does not return the required documents, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries for that period.

11. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, city and state, photograph, voice, and statements for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

13. Release of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliated companies, Level 7 High Terrain, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising out of participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.

The prize involves outdoor activity in remote terrain and carries inherent risks, including risk of serious injury. The winner must sign an Activity Waiver before participating.

14. Privacy

Information collected through the survey is used and shared as described in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at thehonestbuilder.io/privacy.

Survey responses may be published in aggregate and de-identified form. Individual responses will not be published in a way that identifies the respondent by name.

Entrants may be contacted by Sponsor and its affiliated companies about programs and services relevant to their responses. Entrants may opt out of these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message. Opting out does not affect an entrant’s eligibility to win.

15. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes. In that event, Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the point of impairment.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not received due to technical failures of any kind.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of this sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Park County, Montana.

17. Winner’s Name

To request the name of the winner, send a written request to info@honestbuildergroup.com within 90 days after the drawing.

18. Social Media

This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform. Entrants release those platforms from all liability in connection with this sweepstakes.
